Once you have made the decision to sell you often loose a bit of energy by thinking about how much clutter you live with and didn't really notice.
When a real estate agent comes in and suggests moving your lounge around to get another range of seating you might think "wow, why didn't I think of that years ago". Or it might be as simple as packing away your grown kids old bedroom. Partial staging can make a huge difference, But also knowing when too much is just too much! It can just a be a fresh set of eyes coming in and making small tweaks that will make a huge difference. Having the right contacts for garden services, cleaners and painters can make a world of difference too. Knowing the best people in the trade who are effective and efficient is the key! |

For me its knowing how you need your home to work for you as much as what stylish artifacts can be sourced. Lighting, painting, flooring, window treatments, soft furnishings all play a part. sometimes changing one item can have a huge impact on how you enjoy your home
